Grant Jones - The Model Law was devised by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) as a standard arbitration code to be used by states throughout the world. The study of the Model Law was an integral part of my LLM international commercial arbitration course. I am therefore familiar with its contents and its applicability throughout the world.
