Grant Jones - the Vestalife application to the Supreme Court of Gibraltar involved a report from an independent actuary (report of the independent actuary, in the right-hand box) which makes reference to (at paragraph 1.16) my book on protective cell companies. The book on protective cell companies has been used regularly as a core academic book at postgraduate level, quoted in courts as the leading text on protective cell companies and used by actuaries, especially when reporting to courts. The Vestalife application is just one of several examples.
